Ham, Eggs and Sprouts in Pita Bread

Cook and cool eggs

Make the filling and let people pack their own pitas.

Ham, Eggs & Sprouts in Pita

Ham, Eggs and Sprouts in Pita Bread
3 cups cubed ham
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1/2 cup pickle relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
6 rounds of pita bread, cut into halves
4 oz. alfalfa sprouts
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

Combine ham. eggs, celery, relish, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
Spoon into pita halves.
Top with sprouts and tomato.
