A pleasing sandwich spread and a good way to use small amounts of leftovers.
Cooked ham or chicken
bread crumbs (optional)
horseradish to taste
mayonnaise to taste
Chop meat,vegetables and bread crumbs together in a food processor or meat grinder.
Mix with remaining ingredients to desired consistency.
