This makes a good main dish for a summer supper.
3 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cubed Swiss cheese
1 cup cubed ham
¼ cup onion
½ cup Italian Salad Dressing
¼ cup milk
2 Tbsp. honey
1 cup Blender Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, ham and onion.
In a small bowl combine the Italian salad dressing, milk, honey and mayonnaise.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat all ingredients.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
