Sesame-Whole-Wheat “Pat-In” Pie Crust

Yield: 1 9 inch pie crust
Time needed: 25 minutes

A life-saver for pastry-challenged cooks like myself, and a great option to the store-bought prepared pie crusts. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the crust alone, but you can see the filled one in the following recipe for quiche.

Sesame-Whole Wheat “Pat-In” Pie Crust
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 Tbsp brown sugar (optional for dessert pie)
2 Tbsp. water

Pre-heat oven to 350oF.

Mix all ingredients together.
Pat into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 10 minutes before filling.
