I love smoothies. This can be made with whatever fruit is in season and in June that means strawberries.
2 cups/500 mL fruit (berries, melon, peaches, etc.)
1½ cups/375 ml plain yogurt
1 cup/250 ml milk
2-4 Tbsp. honey or sugar to taste
Purée the fruit in the blender
Add the other ingredients and blend till smooth.
