Quick, simple refreshment on a hot summer’s day.

Apricot Lassi

Apricot Lassi
½ cup buttermilk or yogurt
½ cup apricot nectar
1 banana
½ cup ice (about 3 large cubes)
¼ tsp. nutmeg
Honey to taste (optional)

Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

For another delight try unsweetened pineapple juice in place of the apricot nectar.
