This is a delightfully simple and refreshing salad dressing with no oil. Great for dieters.
Ye Seleta Wiha (Salad Dressing)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic and ginger mixture
1 cup water
Combine the juice of the lemon with the salt and sugar and stir vigorously to dissolve.
Add garlic and ginger mixture and water.
Shake well and pour on fresh, crisp lettuce and tomatoes.
