This is a wonderful snack!  The hardest part is waiting for the nuts to cool so you can begin munching.

Tamari Toasted Nuts

Tamari-toasted nuts
½ cup raw nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds, pecans or peanuts or other nut of your choice)
1 Tbsp. tamari

In a large, dry skillet, cook the nuts over medium heat, stirring often, until toasted—about 3-5 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and add in the tamari, stirring to coat the nuts.
Transfer nuts to plate and let cool.
