A quick pick-me-up any time of the day. I found it enhanced by a small amount of honey.
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 cup blueberries (or whatever you have on hand)
Put all ingredients in a blender and process till smooth.
